The EMC (Eclipse Message Centre) app is a feature of the Eclipse DMS (Dealership Management System). EMC is designed to keep you in-touch with your dealership, even when you're not there. EMC is used to receive notifications and message from within the Eclipse suite, for a variety of reasons including Customer Feedback, System Warnings and Sales Notifications.In order to use EMC your dealership needs to have Eclipse DMS installed and you must have a dealership account with Ultimate Business Systems.
