TeamCare for iOS

The Teamcare app is a tool for leaders to get a feel for how the members of the team are doing and use that information to improve the working environment for the team. Research shows that teams with a better working environment have less sick leave, lower personnel turnover rates, are more productive and more innovative.

We believe that simplicity is key if something is to become a useful tool. Therefore, we have designed the Teamcare app with one simple question How are you doing? On a weekly basis, the app asks each member of the team to give a status on how they are doing 5 smiley style. The leader then gets an overview of the average weekly score of the team how the team is doing.

The app in version 1.0 can still be considered a beta version. We want to continue to build and develop the app design and functionality. It is our full intention that the Teamcare app will always be free-of-charge for individual teams. We also intend to develop corporate functionality to support multiple teams with consolidation and multiple team views. It is our expectation that we will develop a corporate subscription and it is also our intention that this will be an inexpensive solution for companies and teams.
