With the SmartDocuments app you can create documents by simply answering questions on your screen. Normally, a paper checklist is required for inspections or audits, which must be processed again at the office. This is no longer necessary due to the app. You can fill in a digital checklist and also add photos and signatures that you take with your mobile. As a result, a document is generated in Word, PDF or XML format, which can be sent via e-mail.
