Eisenhower's Urgent/Important principle or Eisenhower's Decision Matrix is a tool employed by many to organise their to-do lists.
According to the principle, our to-do items can be classified into 4 quadrants, depending on their urgency and importance:
Quadrant 1: Urgent and Important
Quadrant 2: Not urgent but Imoprtant
Quadrant 3: Urgent but not Important
Quadrant 4: Neither Urgent nor Important
In the app, an item can be added to any of these lists. A user can delete the item, when the task has been completed, or shift it from one quadrant to another, depending on the need.
