IBCRM mobile app is enabling the mobility to Dealer Principal. It will be used DP of TATA MOTORS LTD dealers of Commercial Vehicle Business Unit which is integrated with Siebel CRM DMS.
This app will provide the analytics report to the DP user based on the data from CRM. The mobile app is build & tested for Android devices.
Network requirement: 3G network & for download of the app requires min 2 Mbps.

Opportunity creation DSM/DSE can create/ update opportunity for each customer and can take all details of customer like contact, account, financier and lead classification details.
Contact and Account creation User can create contact/account which can be used to linked with opportunity while opportunity creation.
Activity creation For every opportunity activity has been created to track status of opportunity.
Lead classification In this, user can conclude possibilities of purchasing particular vehicle in month.
Calendar All activities of DSM/DSE can be view as per sales stages. It has week view and day view.
Offline While creating opportunity, contact and account user can save it as draft offline.
