  Summary: The program installs nicely on WinXP, and looks simple enough, but that's where the good stuff stops. I've seen better icon makers, and as a cursor designer, I don't know what good it does at all. Avoid it and get something else that doesn't ask you... read more >>

  Summary: this is a fantastic program for someone with little experience who wants to change an icon with minimal effort. does exactly what it says, nothing more.

  Summary: First of all, there was no library to search from. Second, when you set it as a cursor, it only appeared on that program. I suggest you get CursorXP. I have windows ME and am having trouble finding a good program to change cursors, and suggestions, ... read more >>
