Draw-On-Screen allows you to draw simple images on your Windows screen that appear in front of whatever programs are running. Besides just for fun, it can useful for people who are giving a presentation by projecting a computer screen for a group of people to see. The user can draw circles, arrows, or other symbols on the screen to emphasize or clarify the text or diagrams on the screen. Anything you draw does not affect the documents being shown on the screen.

"Very weak and installs other software stealthily"

Pros
Not much, in fact not anything

Cons
Produces messy images composed of dots - no config options worth having - installs Incredimail mail/toolbar stealthily

Summary
Worst of all this software installs Incredimail without warning you - now maybe that software has some value, but it is certainly incredibly intrusive and obstinate, trying every trick to take over your functions and remain on your system, force a toolbar into FireFox etc. - utterly acceptable and I recommend everybody rejects any download (even much better ones than Draw-On-Screen) that tries this "stealth install" technique. In my opinion CNET should remove downloads from its listings that do this.
