Version: SoftPerfect Bandwidth Manager 2.9.10
Pros
Easy to use interface, uncomplicated setup. Control P2P useage - either block or limit bandwidth up/down. Identify problem users and cap or limit their download speeds. Adjustable quotas. Low system requirements Very usefull for VSAT.
Cons
Can�t get disregard Local LAN traffic to work - seems to override all other speed limiting rules.
