"Do Not Download; poor program; poor refund process."

Pros
I found the idea of an online computer repair program interesting.
Cons
After the scan, I was instructed that I needed to add my Windows Updates, because Reimage was unable to do so. When I tried, I was unable to do so. Reimage had unistalled Windows Updates, and when they tried to install them again, the file names had been partially left off. I had to restore my computer to a previous point, and pay another company to fix my computer.
Summary
Reimage created more problems than it fixed. I sent several emails for a refund, and I still have not received one. Reimage keeps sending me emails saying they want to repair my computer, when I keep sending emails saying my computer is fixed.
I wished that I had read Reimage's reviews before wasting my time and money. -

Stay away, if you are eyeballing this program,chances are you are already frustrated.So if you don't want to be doubly so,DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT !!!
Cons
Screwed up my IE and killed my customization of it. Tech support is a joke as well.
Summary
Instead of giving me solutions to any possible hardware problems,it GAVE me software problems.(Come on CNET,how did you let this one slip through?!)
