Summary
I have been using this product for many years and it has always been 99.999% reliable. It's just what root ordered for those many of us trapped on Windows systems who need to get to linux boxes every once in a while to run scripts, check logs, move files around, etc.

while login if there is not session established, it throws you out , instead asking you for correct param.

This FORK of PuTTY 0.60 has all of the basic features of the PuTTY telnet/SSH client plus a few extras as described at extraputty.com.
Cons
This doesn't have the separate tools for SSH secure key authentication, SFTP, tunneling and others that are available with original PuTTY (from www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/).
Summary
This is functionally similar to the basic PuTTY application, but it's not really PuTTY. It's a fork of the PuTTY code. It's also not "PuTTY for Symbian OS" as is suggested by the link in the "full specification". Somebody at CNET made a mistake by labeling this "PuTTY 0.60"

Works over null modem cable conn to com1 port, connected to Hyperterminal in XP on the other end. No issues.

Did not run into any problems.
