Feel like giving your poor clicking finger a break? Auto Clicker can record clicks or double-clicks on different areas of the screen, and play back them back as fast as 10 times per second. Unfortunately, the cramped gray-on-gray interface is almost illegible in places, and this free version of the program can't save recorded macros--a serious shortcoming. Auto Clicker will do for the one-off use, but you'll want a more powerful program for anything else.Publisher's description

Pros: if im in a game i can make it click the player or npc and stuff and if ur wondering how u can press it in the game then u can set the hotkeys in the "more options" button at the bottem left hand corner of the thing
