It is a health log and reference to monitor the health of senior citizens, recording parameters such as daily biometric data, medical appointments, and any symptoms that patients may exhibit or that may arise suddenly. The objective is to enable the physician to accurately diagnose the patients problem and administer the adequate treatment.
