BayTrack will track their caregiver location in real-time and notify clients and branch admin in case of a
delay. BayTrack is a mobile application for caregivers to stream their current location.Branch admin Can
track the active caregivers using web interface. SMS notification will be sent to clients when the ETA is
above a threshold. Each branch admin has a login, they can login using username and password. All the
caregivers for that particular branch will listed.
By clicking on each caregiver, we can see their services and track location. The branch admin can cancel
the appointments before 15 mins. Trigger SMS will be sent to client mobile when the caregiver is
delayed more than 15 mins based on ETA. The SMS will contain a tracking URL, Client can track by
clicking on this. This URL will expire after the visit. The second client will get an SMS based on ETA
This will Show disconnect notification count and message in admin dashboard, when caregiver mobile
app is no longer connected with firebase. The care giver can login to the application by using email-id.
The caregiver can start the appointment by clicking on Start Tracking button. Continuously pushes the
location coordinates to the firebase. Show a pop message on caregiver mobile app as well as send a
notification message to client mobile.
Several colour code is used to indicate where the caregiver is: Details regarding the color code is as
Red: Caregiver is already delayed.
Yellow: ETA> Scheduled start time & Current time < Scheduled start time.
Green: ETA< Scheduled start time (On time).
