Pros
very nice interface and smooth installation on both win2000 and XP. responsive.
Cons
had and still having problems with registration. Every time I try to register it, my ppc hangs up and I have to reset it. I am still running trial version.

Summary
It allows you to almost attach your desktop screen to your PPC and use your mouse instead of a stylus. It's probably especially useful for PPC software developers as they can easily record all their actions into an AVI file.
However, the connection speed (even USB) is quite slow and you have to wait after every tap to see the changes.
