It's a small download, but considering it doesn't do anything, I'm not sure that's a pro.

This program does not seem to have any working functions, yet CNET says it's the number 1 download for Windows Mobile with almost 5000 downloads last week. How is that possible? Even IF it actually worked and did what it says it does, this app isn't very impressive.

Download package is a .cab file with no meaningful content (ie, the .exe, etc. isn't there). Clearly something has gone wrong with the storage of this app.
