XTNDConnect Server not only offers e-mail and PIM sync capabilities, but also synchronization capabilities between any database accessible via ADO (OLE DB), ODBC or custom SDK. The database service of XTNDConnect Server offers PDA users access to mission-critical database information. It extends custom and CRM applications to mobile workers. It optimizes synchronization for faster more efficient use of data.
The out-of-the-box architecture means no additional programming is required. This means IT has seamless integration with custom, client side apps; Seamless connectivity to any database accessible via ADO, ODBC or custom SDK; GUI-based extensive field mapping including data translation; and call-back functions to plug into business logic.
