Publisher's description
From Sapro Systems :WinCalendar is both a pop-up date picker and calendar maker that creates printable calendars in both Microsoft Word and Excel formats. The calendar creator now supports over 100 different calendar layouts. You can import appointment data from both Outlook and Google Calendar. You can even save daily appointments in the pop-up calendar that display on created calendars. WinCalendar can also be used as a graphical fertility calculator and ovulation predictor. WinCalendar is toolbar and menu driven so there is no template to load and manage. WinCalendar is ideal for use in planning and scheduling. It has built-in holidays for 10 countries and even works stand-alone as a desktop calendar.

Pros: I needed a calendar that would let me increase the working hours. This program allowed the hours to be adjusted. You simply choose the settings you want, import your calendar and then you can customize even more settings using standard Word options.
Cons: As far as I can tell, each weekly calendar must be imported into a separate document (although this might be due to the standard version of the product).
Summary: Outlook's Calendar Printing Assistant program is basically like creating a PDF from a template...you can't customize the options. WinCalendar is much more customizable. There have been a couple of errors importing certain appointments from Outlook (... read more >>

Version: WinCalendar for Windows, Word & Excel 2.56
"I'm happy with this product."
Pros: Intuitive interface, ability to synchronise with Outlook calendar. It is easy to create simple calendars with information drawn from Outlook.
Cons: I would prefer to have more options in the design of the calendar and to be able to save these preferences for subsequent calendars. A timetable template (a la school) would be handy.
