From the developer: "Web+Center is a web-based customer/Help Desk system for small business, education, or E-Commerce sites. It runs on Windows NT (Workstation or Server) using MS IIS. Web+Center is a suite of two Internet applications: Customer+Center, a simple applications for customers to submit and update support tickets and Tech+Center, a more comprehensive application for support staff to track and manage support cases."

Note: This free version of Web+Center is limited to five tech support users. More users can be added by purchasing a licensed version.
