From United Research Labs :

This component in United Research Labs' Voice Explorer series is an English speech-recognition dictation pad with a WAV-to-text wizard. The dictation pad converts your real-time voice to text while the wizard converts an offline recorded Windows WAV file containing continuous speech to English text. It writes the text on its pad, so you can easily transfer it to wherever you want via a simple cut-and-paste operation. The demo version displays nag screens and disables cut-and-paste operations for the WAV-to-text result. The full version costs $79.
