CNET Editors' review
This freeware program keeps track of your time at the computer to prompt breaks, taking the passive-aggressive approach in doing so. UserHealth tells you how long you've been using your PC and how many keystrokes you've made, and it plots a graph of mouse clicks. Its primary purpose is to provide alerts with sound and/or a text message at user-specified intervals to urge users to take much-needed time away from the computer.
You can choose 30-, 45- or 60-minute intervals, or the Other option lets you input a different interval. You can opt to receive three types of notifications: general health advice, break reminders, and "Go to bed" messages. You can even schedule shutdown operations.
Interestingly, UserHealth displays a nag screen at break times that won't go away until your defined break time interval has lapsed. Although it doesn't give physical exercises to do at your desk, computer users and persons with repetitive stress injury might appreciate UserHealth and the breaks it freely provides.

"Too timid and annoying uppercasing"
Version: UserHealth 1.3.5
Pros
It pops up regularly.
Cons
It pops up a small window below right, you hardly see it, but it uppercases the characters you type, which is very annoying. It also pops up some well-meaning suggestions, but it shouldn't bother in my opinion.
Summary
It's too timid, too small, and the uppercaing is very annoying, just makes me retype = type more.

"actually useful!"
Version: UserHealth 1.3.5
Pros
this program is great to keep me off my monitor for a brief moment. I really felt my PC was starting to f**k me up, but I didn't know how to remember myself to stop for a minute or two. also, it is free
Cons
add the features that mousotron 5.0 has and this gets the trophy!!! (mouse distance measurement, etc)
Summary
not only a nice app, but also a useful one. not to mention its free.

"This program is funny, installs fine, great mouse & keyboard counter."
Version: UserHealth 1.3.5
Pros
It's a funny idea. I love it for the mouse clicks and keyboard hits counter and grapher, so I can see how much I type and click in a day, and in an hour compared to other hours.

Version: UserHealth 1.3.5
Cons
The first time I downloaded this program I thought it didn't work because I hadn't registered it, so I uninstalled it . I then installed it and tried to register it but it came up with fatal error and still would not work so had to uninstall it again.
