Version: TimeTo 2007.03.13
"Wonderful time and task manager"
Pros: Loads of features. Well worth $79 but it's FREE. Well thought out. You can really increase your efficiency with this program. Take the time to learn it. It's well worth your effort. One of the best in the category at any price.
Cons: Ugly interface based on Time & Chaos software. Somewhat modifyable but still ugly.

Version: TimeTo 2007.03.13
Pros: If you after a tool to schedule your daily time this is the one! Excellent priority and constraint managment, very responsive support and the google group is well answered. It uses the same database as Above & Beyond (which is also worth considering), the difference is that TimeTo has a more agressive release program and tends to have more features. The flipside is that sometimes the beta's can have minor quirks. As with any PIM/scheduler the outcomes are only as good as the input :) Overall an invaluable tool!
Cons: Outlook integration is still not perfect (but it does have both one-way and two-way syncronisation). Would like to see ability to move/edit tasks in the project tree views, so you may have to consider a task list organiser (try the free jello.dashboard).

Version: TimeTo 2007.03.13
"too difficult to use -- no tutorial -- too cluttered"
Pros: sounds like a really fantastic program. claims to have a tutorial, but all it has are inadequate text notes. if it had a tutorial or overview with screenshots, it would be fine. it doesn't.
Cons: the system is too complex to read thru separate text scripts on each feature in the help dialogue box and hope to make any coherent sense of it. it would be infinitely faster to see a quick overview, with screenshots, and extrapolate from there. not worth the time otherwise. too cumbersome to clear all the stuff the program fills in for each day or reset the time frame of each day. my day does not begin at 7 AM nor stop at 6 PM. even if this program is flexible enough to do that, the instructions are too obscure to sort out.

Version: TimeTo 2007.03.13
"Crashes whenever I try to import or export"
Pros: It looks visually OK, although a bit cluttered. To many floating windows rather than frames.
Cons: I downloaded this software as an attempt to sync some other PIM software and data that I use at work, to my pc at home. Unfortunately the export & import functionality crashes the program every time. So it may be nice, I don't know, but it's pretty useless for me.
