Version: TimeTo 2006 (06.05.13)
"Best of the time management applications"
Pros: TimeTo is the best time management application I have ever used,
and I have tried a few over the years, ranging from paper based organisers
to electronic versions on handhelds and PC's. I used to think that Mentor,
a similar application to TimeTo that runs on a Psion, was pretty good, but
that was before I found TimeTo. TimeTo really motivates me to complete
the tasks I need to carry out in a day. This I think is due to the fact that it shows me what I can actually achieve within the time I have available, prompting me to actually complete the tasks. I also like the fact that it gives me an updated list of tasks to be completed throughout the day. It takes into account time available, due dates and deadlines, and priorities and continually presents me with a list of 'do-able' tasks.
