"SO flexible and versitile - takes the juggling out of your schedule."
Pros: For those whose schedules are complex and require a lot of juggling, this software does ALL the thinking for you. Provide a few simple parameters for each item on your schedule, and away it goes - whether the item be a recurring item, an appoinment, or something that just has to get done eventually, this software is smart enough to make it all happen and leave you time to spare! It even comes with alarms and reminders and printouts and various calendar views and ways to view your remaining tasks. Brilliant!! I've seen the other programs out there, and nothing comes even close to how intuitive this program is.
Cons: With all the variety of features, it can be a bit complex for someone who isn't used to using computers very much - yet it's far from daunting for today's average computer user, and the complexities are FAR worth the benefits. Also, there isn't much room for changing the visual appearance or printout appearance, for those who are after a fancy or special "look". It simply organizes your schedule for you perfectly and not a lot more. One feature that I'd like to see added is a plain and simple "checkable" memo-type list such as one might use for a shopping list.
