The Request Management System (RMS) is a product for building service request systems such as those used in Service Delivery Management (SDM) catalogs. RMS replaces email, phone calls and written notes with a well-organized submission and work management process. RMS serves as the front-end for IT services requests, marketing materials development, legal documents, and report preparation and multi-step process where the requestor does not do the fulfillment. RMS includes form and workflow tools for building custom SDM Catalogs. All development tools are point-and-click eliminating programming and scripting. Service users log in to create requests using their browser. The workflow engine tracks requests creating a complete fulfillment. RMS reports this or exports it into an XML file.

Version 2.1.1 improved workflow engine and added some minor enhancements to reporting.
