Simplify your help desk with an incident management module that includes email ticket creation, a web-based Self-Service Portal, and automated assignments and notifications. You can also create customizable notifications and reports to ensure that proper approvals are taking place ensuring regulatory compliance. The Free Edition is fully functioning with two included named users.

Pros
Easy to Use, Quick to install, robust in features, ITIL framework, incredible and quick to respond tech support
Cons
I haven't experienced any issues to date and very happy with product and company.
Summary
We've since upgraded to their Enterprise product, but their freeware tools are really incredible. They are the only company that also provides excellent support for these free products. That is rare from my experience.
