Looks and runs like a regular program. Any computer running Windows 2000/2003 server or Windows XP Pro can act as the server. Easy installation, user friendly, loads of great features. Features include user-definable status types, in-build message system, ability to connect to multiple sites, auto changing of time zones, receptionist mode, notification when particular users are in the office, department/location tabs, standard reports, import/export of user details, auto-changing of user status if they do not return to the office as expected and also GPRS enabled - so mobile/cell phone users can change their status and add comments whilst away from the office.
