Snap2Face isn't as refined as Facebook's own mobile apps, but it's a suitable and almost satisfying stopgap until Facebook releases a native app for Windows Mobile phones. You'll use a tabbed interface to switch between your profile and your friends' pages, then you'll use the mini Facebook icons at the bottom of each screen to partake in photo-viewing and message-sending activities. You'll be able to read and write messages and wall posts, add friends, update your status, and upload mobile photos. The navigation isn't as intuitive as it could be, but you'll catch on after some trial.
Snap2Face also boasts a photo album slide show and photo-syncing, so that your pal's Facebook profile photo pops up when that phone contact calls. Unfortunately, this feature and others were eclipsed by frequent crashes and hang-ups that required us to refresh the screen. Installation could also be smoother--because Snap2Face is a third-party app, you'll need to go through the publisher's three-step process to grant permanent log-in permission for Snap2Face's complementary Facebook app.
