Schedule Wizard attempts to give users ultimate control over their daily lives by helping manage and remind them of important dates. This program offers many options, but navigation was awkward and there were some stability issues, as well.
Taking the standard datebook layout, this free 30-day trial will feel familiar to users with Outlook experience. Within the confines of the program, users are given opportunities to input important meetings and dates and organize the frequency with which they are reminded. In addition, users are also given the option to send an e-mail at a specific time, which can be composed within the program and sent to the contacts in the contact list.
While Schedule Wizard offers great ways to keep business and personal affairs in order, there are some major hurdles. First, the program is stiff and difficult to navigate through the different dates and reminders. Most troublesome, however, were the two occasions that Schedule Wizard crashed when we tried to run reports. This booted us from the program and deleted all unsaved work. Schedule Wizard has a long way to go before it can compete with better established calendar and organizational franchises. We suggest you wait for a version that addresses the problems we found in Schedule Wizard.
