Version: QuikCalc Amortization 6.0.57
"Does not calculate bi-weekly and semi-monthly due dates"
Pros: Software is well layed out and easy to use. Saves loan data and is easily accessible from their "Open Saved Loan" option.
Cons: This could not give me bi-weekly or semi-monthly due dates and although the amortized payment is correct, the software does not show the mid-month payments and calculates a large principal payment on the last payment date because of this.
I also tried to change the calculated amortization amount to round it to the whole dollar, but this amount changed back to the calculation when I saved the screen entries. This problem coupled with the interim monthly payments not showing on the amortization table make this program far from working correctly and thus not recommended. If you're looking for one month at a time, this might work for you, but that is also you can get free from many web-sites.
