QuickFile lets you define your own (general and e-mail specific) shortcuts to folders where you want to file your e-mails. Then file (move) the e-mails at the click of a button to the correct folders as you receive and read them. This is a better alternative than rules as your e-mails get filed after you see them - you still see all unactioned e-mails in your Inbox.
