Publisher's Description
From Qoppa Software:
Qoppa PDF Studio is an easy to use yet powerful tool to work with PDF documents. It can work with existing PDF documents or create new documents from scanned images using the scan-to-PDF feature.
With PDF Studio, you can annotate your documents with text, graphics and even sound. You can fill interactive PDF forms, stamp documents to mark them as Paid, Confidential or add your own signature Stamp and perform other functions such as splitting and merging, setting passwords and more. You can also work on multiple documents with a single click using batch functions. PDF Studio easily converts files, such as Word and image files, into PDF. PDF Studio uses Qoppa's proprietary technology to view and modify PDF files so there's no need to purchase Adobe Acrobat or any other software.

"Slow and bulky"
Version: Qoppa PDF Studio 6.61
Pros
Converted pdfs, had some useful tools
Cons
slow, limited document support, does not support archiving, very complicated, looks outdated
Summary
While using this product i found it overpriced and a direct ripoff of adobe. You would be better off spending the extra money on Adobe than going with a knock off.

"excellent PDF editor for Linux and Windows"
Version: Qoppa PDF Studio 6.60
Pros
Allows full editing of PDFs in Linux including highlighting and notes.
Can be used in Linux and Windows so if you switch between two OS, you can continue to use PDF Studio
Reasonable cost.Cons
does not yet have OCR ability built in like Adobe Acrobat Professional
Summary
I've used PDF Studio for 3 years and have been very pleased with its performance. It was, and perhaps still is, the only PDF editing tool for Linux that allows full editing of PDFs.

"Impressive software for Linux"
Version: Qoppa PDF Studio 4.3
Pros
Best LINUX pdf solution in my opinion. Fully compatible with Adobe Acrobat -- highlighting/notes in Qoppa PDF Editor are intact in Acrobat 7. Now with a good PDF editor, there is even more reason to switch to Linux.
Cons
Cannot do Optical Character Recognition (OCR). This is a drawback. Often does not display Chinese or Japanese characters properly
Summary
Very small program with minimal demands on computer resources
Very well designed, intuitive and easy to use
Cost is reasonable
Works cross-platform so if you use Linux, Mac or Windows, it will work on any platform
After a very long search, I finally found a full-featured program that allows me to edit PDF files, add highlighting and notes
