Version: Punch Clock 2005
"I highly recommend this program for any employer that employees hourly per"
Pros: I previously tested three different Punch clocks programs
and purchased two of them before discovering the Punch Clock 2005.
Firstly, the software is relatively easy to download. The installation
instructions are concise and simple. Installation ease is further accentuated
since the software automatically finds the server.
The effortless download and installation of the Program should not
be confused with the versatility and capability of the program. It is the only
system that allows a punch clock to appear as an icon on the task bar. Furthermore, it is both employer and employee friendly. It gives the employer a summary of the payroll report, status report and editing of employee information. Yet, it also allows the employees to verify their own hours.

Version: Punch Clock 2005
"Does the job for Lunafurniture.com!"
Pros: As a manager of a NYC furniture store and web company, I can say that this program has completely turned around the way we do our payroll. It is now a piece of cake, especially because we have many part-time employees who punch in and punch out at all times of the day.
We did a lot of research prior to purchasing Punch Clock 2005, but this was the only time clock software that has a database driven engine and can handle thousands of records. Other products that we considered store data on the local hard drive in plain text format which we didn't feel was secure.
My employees are happy to use it because the interface is simple and friendly. In addition, its GUI interface is very modern and neither I nor my employees feel like we are using software programmed for Windows 98.
I am a pretty old-fashioned guy who used to pay employees by adding up hours manually. However, I now enjoy the interactive and graphical drill-down reports that sure beat those old-fashioned Dot-Matrix reports. Another feature that I really liked is that it is networkable. We use the software on three terminals for several employees while the server runs on a dedicated computer inaccessible to the employees. Overall, this is the best punch clock software out there. A++.

Version: Punch Clock 2005
"Simple yet sophisticated desktop punch clock."
Pros: Quick and easy tracking of employee hours. We set it up on three computers
without any problems. I can view reports of employee hours from any of the
three workstations. It definitely reduces my management hours.

Version: Punch Clock 2005
"Superb resource for our labs! No headaches, no hassles, and excellent reports."
Pros: Punch Clock 2005 has allowed us to track and manage our employees in the easiest, most efficient way possible. After a long trial period with several other programs, we can honestly say that everything else pales in comparison. The reports are thorough and detailed and it's a breeze to punch in and out. It also helps that Punch Clock is extremely chic and easy on the eyes, unlike all the other outdated junk out there. Try it. You won't be sorry!
