This is a useful application for professionals who work with heating and ventilation systems. It is a stable program, and remains so even when incorrect values are entered into the system. Calculations are speedy and accurate.
Results can be displayed in either metric or British Imperial units, making this application suitable for working internationally. Psyclone's program interface is well designed and easy to use. Additional features include a "toolkit" of measures and psychrometric calculations for equipment such as a mixing box, steam humidifier, and heat recovery unit.
The program is able to calculate fan gain, analyze HVAC system overall performance, as well as draw charts (both psychrometric charts and Mollier diagrams) to measure air condition, air volume, and air capacity supplies.
