Version: Properite Landlord Software 3.0.2.3
"It is Not Free and Useful Only if you live in the UK"
Pros: This has potential if a US version becommes available
Cons: Misleading category of "free", it is trialware. This would be fine, but I don't know how to convert the price from pounds to dollars for the product.
