From Visimation :Visimation ProjectPix is a Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio add-on that helps managers run projects more effectively. ProjectPix enhances Microsoft Project with the ability to graphically view and manipulate a project's structure and task responsibilities through two types of Visio charts produced from Microsoft Project data files.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): The WBS program generates diagrams in Visio from Microsoft Project data, providing a rich set of display options for the task boxes. The project structure may be modified in Visio and saved back to the Project file.
Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM): The RAM program enables a Microsoft Project user to assign specific responsibilities for tasks to team members. The RAM chart produced by Visio shows each contributor's role for easy visual reference by the entire project management team.
