Version: Project Kaiser 2.1

"Powerful, Flexible, Well designed -- Love it."

Pros: Easy installation. Clean and fast for a browser GUI. 5 users free license, 25 users for $450 - very reasonable.
Includes many features I was looking for:
Document management.
Collaboration (chat, discussion, etc)
Content Management
Flexible + Snappy

Cons: Needs a few enhancements but I see that the developer is working on them.
