The ProcessWorx CMDB provides the foundation for IT organizations to improve their core operational processes and promote the ITIL framework. By establishing a standard, centralized information repository or Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT organizations can establish higher levels of service delivery, support and increase customer satisfaction. Based on the ITIL framework and ITSM best practices, this solution helps IT organizations record, maintain and report on infrastructure configuration items (CIs) including applications/software, devices/peripherals, servers, databases and related IT documentation. The ProcessWorx CMDB includes demo data to better understand how the CMDB is used in a real-world setting.

Version: ProcessWorx CMDB 1.5.0204
Pros: We used this for a medium size business that didn't need (and could not afford) an enterprise level CMDB product. This CMDB is useful, effective and is helping promote awareness of the ITIL framework in our orgaization. Also has a good IT Service Catalog feature that can be generated very quickly.
Cons: Requires a client for additional users (no web interface).

Pros: Was up and running in just a few minutes; simple interface and good access to data by admins.
Cons: This version not customizable / no access to code (need the developer version).

"Doesn't work with Office 2K7. Support nonexistent."
Pros: I was unable to find any pros, because ProcessWorx CMDB is support by nobody. There are no phone numbers to call for assistance. E-mails go unreturned. This company gets a solid F minus.
Cons: Doesn't work with Office 2K7, for sure. May not work for Office 2K3, either. Hard to say. Couldn't log into the database, couldn't launch the program. Tried on 2 completely different machines. Documentation provided with software was insufficient.
Summary: As noted above:
