Version: Personal Financial Statement Software 4.6
"I use this software monthly to track and update my Net Worth."
Pros: I have been tracking my Net Worth with the financial statement software v4.2 for about 3 years. Since the updated version (v4.6) was released, my life has become easier. All of the new updates are good, but my favorite update is the save statement to .pdf function. I can now email my financial statement to my bankers. This saves me time by not having to drive to multiple banks and makes the loan approval process easier. When you make your living buying and selling Real Estate, the Personal Financial Statement v4.6 is an essential tool for your success.
Cons: I would like to see multiple Financial Statement formats.

"Stay away if you have Vista. They need to work the bugs"
Pros: Great product works really well for your networth and u can improve your credit score with it too. If you look at it and up date it every week. U can set personal goals and I liked it better than the quicken when is only correct as your bank account.
Cons: Would stay away if you have Vista 64 bit. It will not work. When u try to use it. It will crash.
Summary: Unable to use on my Hp pavilion dv7-1285 laptop with 64-bit Windows Vista. Tech support told me it doesn't work, but I was still charged. So, I am asking for a refund. U should be ok if you have Win XP.
