"Expensive and horrible support"

Summary
Super expensive terrible support which you are at mercy to becuase there is no way to get training when having issues xcept to go thru them. they force you to use incredibly expensive and also force you to use software like x-cart which is as much of a racket as paygo. You have to stalk them for weeks to get a phone tech support when having issues and try to get you to pay 250 an hour for traing before even figuring out if you have a software issue. The software it's self is buggy and clunky. There are things that work well, and if they had better support and didn't operate like the mafia of POS systems forcing you in to spending more and more money to stay afloat i may have given them a higher rating...but it has literally been a frustrating financial burden having paygo.

Summary
i am writing this review as a warning to others in hopes they can avoid the frustrations paygo has put us through and the many thousands of wasted dollar and hours. JUST SAY NO TO PAYGO!!!
