Funky auto-completeSummary
If you want to try to run Paperless from Mariner - be prepared to do so in a vacuum. The software is incompatible with many routine backup processes. In order to simply scan it needs specific, non-TWAIN scanners and it gags if not shut down 'properly.'
Add to this the wackiest auto-complete / auto-correct known to man and you have a recipe for frustration called Paperless.
If you do succeed in scanning your documents you will have to invoke special powers to ever see them again. I am fairly confident that pdfs exist of my receipts and bills but I have to recall where the originals are each time I need to retrieve something and go in through the Mac Finder to get them.
If you need documents to support loan applications or tax filing - or if you just want to preserve little Johnny's finger paintings - try a different application.
Mariner's Paperless with set you adrift without a rudder on windless seas, alone and forlorn.
