Sometimes even a mistake, such as putting in an extra space at the end or beginning, will cause it to track improperly. We are working on fixing that. Also, once you enter in a tracking number, you cannot modify it. You will need to delete it and enter in your new number. You MUST have an Internet connection for this app to work. Please make sure you have Internet access when using, otherwise you will get a "No tracking info available" message. iPod Touch owners beware.
