CNET Editors' review
If you can't get yourself organized with PIMOne, consider counseling. This well-designed information manager packs an outstanding array of tools into an exceptionally good-looking package. The attractive, notebook-style interface uses tabs down the right side to provide quick and easy access to the main modules: Planner, Task List, Contact Book, Memo Pad, and Holiday List. There's even a password vault for storing and filling out Web logins--an unusual and welcome feature. The program can automatically shut down the computer, send e-mail, and do other simple operations on schedule. If that weren't enough, a nifty sidebar offers a clock and a calendar, a sticky-notes function, and an e-mail checker for POP accounts. All the essential PIM functions are included, including recurring events, customizable reminders, and a flexible task display. Voice memos would have been a nice extra, and integration between modules could be better. For example, your contacts' birthdays don't appear in the planner. Overall, however, PIMOne is a superb organizer and an excellent value.Publisher's Description

"More appealing to the eye, than useful!"
Version: PIMOne 4.0
Pros
I love the different skins to change the appearance of the program. I like all the different features it offers like password storage, interval timers, calendar, notes, etc.
Cons
I did not like that it could not be customized more for the individual. Having the notes that could be filed into different user defined folders would be helpful. Also having the holidays and events show up in the calendar would be nice too!

"Good program, some minor flaws."
Version: PIMOne 4.0
Pros
The interface is very good and the program seems to run without any bugs.
Cons
I personally need a program that I can schedule work bi-monthly. This program will only repeat weekly.

"not well integrated"
Version: PIMOne 4.0
Pros
Ease of use, well designed visually and intuitive
Cons
1. Holidays are not integrated with calendar
2. Can't group tasks by project
3. Limited customization
4. Import from Outlook doesn't let you specify which fields are which; mine is organized with last names first which PIMOne took as first name last. Had to delete everything and start over.
