PHATsoft is easy-to use accounting software for taxi drivers, private hire drivers, chauffeur drivers. Record journeys (when, who, from, to how much) and whether paid or not. If not paid (e.g. contract work), you can send statements from within the program. Record income as it comes in. Also record expenses paid/payable. Use the data from the program to make end of year accounting easier and see how you are going throughout the year. Accounting need not be difficult. This software has been designed to be very easy to use
