Version: PDFescape 1.0
"Fill PDF boxes, save, print, download result or email"
Pros: It does what it says: fill in text in PDF boxes or lines, save it, and download the result. Results look clean, font is clear, black, and prints well. Font is adjustable in size. Browser-based version is easy to use, clearly marked, and FREE!
Cons: nothing so far, and I tried many menu items.
