Pros: And handles password-protected files! Loads extremely fast, even when I'm multitasking the heck out of my poor little laptop, which is something that Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.10 did not...
Cons: Nothing, except that I no longer can get away with trips away from my computer whilst a PDF opens...!

"Far Better Than Adobe Reader"
Pros: I found this software looking for an alternative to Adobe Reader. I have a very powerful machine, and yet it still had problems with Adobe Reader. PDF-XChange is far lighter on my machine... and also FREE!!!

Pros: This is what you?ve been waiting for in a free PDF viewer. It has all the viewing options you need like zoom, text search, copy to clipboard, and more. Plus, it has powerful document tools. It has a choice of comment types, a typewriter tool, drawing tools, watermarks, text highlights, and more. Yes, you can change the text color when using a typewriter tool.
Cons: The free version does not allow editing of metadata such as author name, etc.

"Great program (can it really be free?)"
Pros: Slick user interface, straightforward features do what you'd think they should. Basically, does most of what Acrobat Reader should do but, infuriatingly, doesn't.
Cons: Can't selectively exclude pages from PDF before saving. No way (that I have found) to change color of text added to PDF using the typwriter tool.
