My original intent was to find a text editor I could set to a black background. I am a Vibrant Ink kind of Guy and love that I can set the background to black. Then I discovered so many other cool things like code-highlighting. This shiz is the biz niz!

This software is very easy to use, simple and powerful. It also has the colour-coding function for meta texts.
Cons
Not automatically embedded into Windows or installed as a program, but these problems can be solved as you assign file associations to this application.
