NewWayService is a software solution for service management. Easy to use, this tool allows you to quickly track your work orders in a user-friendly environment. It adapts to your needs and allows you to manage work orders, actions, worked or billed hours, customers and contacts, banks of hours, technicians, products and serial numbers, spare parts, appointments, and schedules. Features include the ability to send and receive work orders by e-mail, to insert documents in most of the modules, and to automatically generate work orders. It also includes a knowledge base and a data import/export utility.

Version 4.04 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

What's new in this version:

Version 4.04 includes only minor bug fixes.

Version: NewWayService 4.04

"Just what I'm after."

Pros: Can im / export without too much trouble. Sends work orders to 'Outlook', or 'text' or 'Email' message to the Tech doing the work. Customers can log in to your web site & request a work order . Will take all of the 45 days to grasp all it offers.

Cons: manuals are POOR !! ( both in grammar & substance ), Report manager is NOT!! for an amateur. But Email support is good & quick.

Summary: I plan on buying it ... in 23 days
