If you need to respond quickly to customers' repair or information requests, NewWayService is a solid choice. The program's interface is clear, but you cannot add new buttons or panels. Modules form the base of NewWayService's straightforward architecture. The main component, Work Orders, lets you create and follow up on work orders and service calls, manage appointments and technicians associated with each appointment, and track worked or billed hours. An appointment calendar helps you follow up on calls and assign new appointments. The Work Orders component links to databases for customers, predefined tasks, spare parts, products, technicians, and groups of technicians. To streamline communication, the program can send work orders by e-mail as well as automatically convert customers' e-mails into work orders. Recursive work orders, such as for regular maintenance on specific equipment, can be generated automatically. To figure out the overall picture, you can create and print reports. The functionality and price make this program attractive for small and midsize businesses.
