"Just what I'm after."
Version: NewWayService 4.04
Pros
Can im / export without too much trouble. Sends work orders to 'Outlook', or 'text' or 'Email' message to the Tech doing the work. Customers can log in to your web site & request a work order . Will take all of the 45 days to grasp all it offers.
Cons
manuals are POOR !! ( both in grammar & substance ), Report manager is NOT!! for an amateur. But Email support is good & quick.
