Publisher's description
From Technology Investments Group :From the developer: "Perform backup and compact/repair operations on Microsoft Access MDB files for Access versions 2000, 2002(XP) or newer. The compact process creates a backup copy and compacts the database file back to itself. Can be scheduled and runs unattended. Works on databases that are password protected, secured with a workgroup file, replicated, and encrypted. Display any connected users that have databases open. Maintains a log of all activity and can generate a report. Installs on Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP versions. MDBCompact can be installed on a PC without Microsoft Access already installed. Manage as many databases you want from any local or networked PC. JetComp.exe has been included with this installation. It is not required for MDBCompact to function and is only provided as a convenience. JetComp is a free utility from Microsoft with no license or support."
